As a LOB Risk Specialist Senior within PNC's Asset and Liability organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Requirements

  • University / college degree with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, driving results that mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to present and communicate complex concepts clearly to all levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable.
  • Enable line of business adherence with risk management programs.
  • Participate in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
  • Execute the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews).
  • May lead cross functional teams.
  • Provide risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Lead or influence risk initiatives and business as usual activities.
  • Identify risk, assess impact and make recommendations on resolution.
  • Report and escalate risk and program compliance as appropriate.
