As an LOB Consumer Credit Risk Advisor within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Decisioning Quality Assurance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland or Brecksville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC, Wilmington, DE, Tysons, VA, New York City, Chicago, IL, Dallas or Houston, TX. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strategic problem-solving experience, ideally from a consulting background.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong foundation in credit principles and practices.
  • Experience working with large datasets to extract insights and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance credit strategies and maintain robust risk controls across the portfolio.
  • Develop pricing models that optimize profitability, competitiveness, and customer value.
  • Ensure decisioning aligns with regulatory expectations and supports audit readiness.
  • Monitor industry trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage internal systems and data infrastructure to generate insights and enable automation.
  • Apply rigorous analysis to support strategic planning, performance tracking, and reporting.
