Requirements

Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate/schedule loaner vehicle assignments to customers, following dealership policies and procedures.
Line up loaner vehicles and prepare them for early morning appointments, ensuring the vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.
Ensure all necessary documentation are completed and accurate for every loaner contract.
Escort customers to the loaner vehicle and perform a walk-around inspection with the customer.
