Loaner Car Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and processes necessary paperwork for a loaner car.
• Ensures that the client presents a valid driver's license and insurance card and makes a copy for the dealership's record.
• Pull client cars up to the loaner area and valets cars when needed.
• Check loaner cars for damage and makes a notation of any damage while with the client.
• Make sure all loaner cars have a full tank of gas.
• Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.

Requirements

• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
• Professional and friendly personal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
