About The Position
As Bobby Rahal Motorcar of Wexford continues to grow, we are seeking a Full-Time Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team! In order for us to best serve our clients, select evening and Saturday availability is required. The hours for this position are the following: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm What does a Loaner Car Coordinator do? The Loaner Car Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the dealership's fleet of loaner vehicles, ensuring a positive experience for clients who require a loaner vehicle while their own car is being serviced.
Requirements
- Have a strong commitment to customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
- File accident reports and communicate effectively with insurance representatives.
- Open and close contracts during the check-in and check-out process, ensuring necessary paperwork is present for record keeping.
- Coordinate with the Service department to ensure loaner cars are regularly serviced, cleaned, and maintained.
- Work closely with fellow Loaner Coordinators, as well as Service Advisors and management to ensure that customer service and operational goals are met.
- Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.
