About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Workout Specialist to be part of Legal Remedies Team in Collections and Servicing in Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO). The Loan Workout Specialist will be responsible for managing a large case load of Affiant/Notary responsibilities, including some moderate to complex contested litigation cases. This role works within the Legal Center of Excellence and will handle lawsuit strategy, discovery, affidavit/agreement process and may provide witness testimony at trial. This successful candidate will establish quality collection efforts; detailed skip tracing including the ability to effectively strategize within the legal lifecycle and have acute attention to detail.
