About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Loan Workout Specialist 1. This position is a full-time contract role lasting 19+ months, located in West Des Moines, IA. The work environment is hybrid, with the initial month requiring full onsite presence, followed by a mix of onsite and remote work. As a Loan Workout Specialist 1, you will be responsible for accessing internal systems to gather media related to loans, compiling and packaging documents into PDFs for legal use, distributing packages to external law firms, assisting with reporting in Microsoft Excel, creating and managing document lists using E-Car, and supporting ad hoc legal remedy projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (user-level)
• Ability to combine documents using Adobe Pro or Adobe Reader
• Strong attention to detail; able to follow strict processes
• Research and analysis capabilities within defined procedures
• Understanding of loan processing

• Background in finance, banking operations, or loan processing
• Prior administrative support roles in legal or lending environments
