You should have a minimum of ONE YEAR of sales, customer service or auto finance. Someone who works well in a team environment, and has strong computer and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish, is preferred. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new ideas, procedures, and concepts. You will work in a fast paced environment with customers and automobile dealers. Prior auto loan underwriting experience is helpful. Requirements

Excellent customer service skills - cheerful, helpful, etc.
Good time management and strong attention to detail
Organized, ability to multitask and work independently
Resolve problems and resolve difficult situations for customers using all available resources.
Ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office and strong mathematical skills
A minimum of ONE YEAR of sales, customer service or auto finance

Responsibilities

Introduces self and company to each customer.
Schedules and conducts interviews on all potential loan applicants timely.
Reviews customer applications and credit, negotiates pricing, terms of sale, and dealers' advance.
Communicates with customers and automobile dealers to obtain necessary information, consistant follow up.
Verifications completed for application processing.
Assists with customer service, updating customer files & accounts
Frequently makes telephone and email inquiries, creates and maintain filing systems
Completes additional tasks as needed.
