This position focuses on loan data management, including data entry, verification, and tracking for various loan types such as Commercial, Consumer, and Construction loans. Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 6 months of banking experience
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to research and make sound judgments
• Strong analytical skills
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Loan setup including creation of customers, accounts, associations, and collateral.
• Document imaging of loan files and financial data.
• Enter and validate collateral tracking items and associated documents for loans.
• Complete loan file review post-booking and enter exceptions into the system.
• Maintain department pipeline status of loans throughout the process.
• Learn to navigate the nCino system for booking and transferring images for commercial transactions.
• Verify all images are correctly scanned and placed in the proper placeholders.
• Process construction loan draws and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Develop a general understanding of all functions related to Loan Operations and its role in the bank.
• Provide customer service and resolve problems, including payoff quotes and online entry of payments.
