To assist members and staff with their loan and service-related requests by providing clerical, administrative and functional support. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Provides processing support for dealer services and loan department. Identifies cross sell opportunities. Responsible for finishing consumer loans for consumer loan officers, ie: filing and releasing liens and tracking, UCCs, creating files, obtain insurance policy, send payoffs to other creditors, E Recording, E Oscar/credit bureaus, ordering appraisals and title insurance, working in imaging system and insurance requirements, runs reports and provides basic information on, ie: Monthly Exception Report. Files loan documents with the appropriate agencies. Completes paid-out/closed loan report weekly and mails lien releases as required. Reviews pledge loans and ensures that pledge accounts have proper holds, auto transfer payments, pledged loan list, sub-action exception reports for accuracy, errors or discrepancies. Responsible in investigating and responding to eOscar reporting disputes. Responsible for force-placed insurance for Consumer Loans, following up with insurance agents after review of the loan officer exception report. Receives and screens telephone calls, answering member questions and complaints in a professional manner. Maintains and projects Credit Union's professional reputation. Answers routine questions or directs them to appropriate personnel. Records and relays messages. Files loan documents with the appropriate agencies. Identifies and takes action to improve the group's operating methods and procedures. Performs other job- related duties as assigned. Cross-sells Credit Union services to members.
