About The Position

Following established policies and department procedures, responsible for closing commercial real estate and construction loans including new loans, renewals, modifications, and amendments. Support Lending Officers in processing deals, customer service, and loan/covenant monitoring.

Requirements

• College graduate with a major in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• Experience in real estate or commercial lending and banking experience, loan funding/closing, and credit/underwriting practices, preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage loan funding/closing and complex loan issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support lending team’s loan processing, administration and closing process.
• Coordinate with internal and external units (DCF, loan servicing, borrower) to close commercial real estate and construction loans.
• Prepare and input nCino deal information for loans.
• Follow up on reporting financial/loan covenants and documents.
• Verify construction loan requisition packages and other construction related loan monitoring reports.
• Provide quality customer service and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare required disclosure information within designated time frames.
• Ensure compliance with Bank, regulatory and credit requirements with emphasis on quality customer service while adhering to given deadlines.
• Review/underwrite less complex new and renewed credits, modifications, and amendments.
