As a Loan Support Analyst - Retail Lending within PNC's Financial Controls organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH. Validates and/or reconciles corporate advance and fee transactions for mortgage and consumer loans in accordance with the recoverability fee matrix (RFM), investor/insurer rules and established policies and procedures. Completes loan review in MAA Tool (within LSS) for validation and reconciliation tasks then analyzes and saves all invoices and other workout documentation for loan reviews. Conducts research on transactions in the corporate advance workstation; Identifies, escalates and/or resolves issues. Completes adjustments and customer refunds in MSP as needed.

  • Executes varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures.
  • Processes and/or reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
  • Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately.
  • Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
  • Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
  • Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
  • Associates or equivalent degree.
