SUMMARY Works autonomously with minimal supervision to support the entire Commercial Banking Team by receiving, directing, and assisting clients and preparing correspondence, memos, and other loan documents. Assures compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's customer service standards. Must have a thorough understanding of most types of loans and other related requirements and be able to exercise discretion and independently act to meet those requirements. Gathers, compiles, and evaluates information and makes recommendations. Ensures that all documents necessary for completion of a loan are received. Must have thorough knowledge of all deposit and Treasury Management products, as well as all other services offered to Commercial clients.
