About The Position

If you are motivated and believe in the credit union philosophy of 'People Helping People,' join our team! The Loan Servicing Support Analyst is responsible for managing enhancement projects, assisting departments within Loan Servicing when events occur requiring additional staff, assisting department management with procedure and training review and development, and performing formal complaint and QWR investigation procedures. This position works closely with other departments within Loan Servicing and other departments with products or services impacted by projects related to the servicing of loans to ensure smooth operations, improved member service, and alignment with SECU’s goals.
