About The Position

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for maintaining Commercial loan accounts within the Loan Servicing team. This role supports operational workflows, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies, and manages documentation and reporting tasks. The specialist will handle maintenance requests, update records and systems, and respond to inquiries in alignment with service standards. This will be a high paced work environment.

Requirements

• Must live within a commutable distance to the Raleigh, NC office
• Prior experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office tools
• loan processing

Responsibilities

• Process maintenance requests for loan accounts (no payment processing involved)
• Generate and review reports to ensure data accuracy
• Update department systems and records based on inquiries and requests
• Perform operational tasks such as opening mail and managing account updates
• Handle documentation related to daily servicing activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
