About The Position
Ballston Spa National Bank is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual for the position of Loan Servicing Specialist in our Loan Servicing department. A Loan Servicing Specialist provides administrative support to the mortgage/consumer loan/and commercial loan areas. This individual is responsible for the preparation of loan documents for our consumer and commercial loans, maintenance of the loans on the system, and working closely with customers and branch staff to provide loan account information in a professional manner.
Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- two years banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in a customer service setting required
- Computer literacy and a strong attention to detail required
- Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with a strong work ethic a must
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with HMDA and RESPA a plus
