Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in all areas of support for loan department Titles: White slip processing, securing title for collateral, completing necessary paperwork, assure proper documentation, scanning of documents, etc. Total Loss: Work total loss process in a timely and efficient manner Balancing and/or validation-verification of various reports in a timely manner including: GAP, Loan Metrics by Officer/Processor, Incentives, GAP, Lender's Protection and any other reports assigned Assisting phone center and other credit union team members to assure high level of member satisfaction and a smooth operation of the loan servicing process
