As a Loan Servicing Specialist III within the Servicing teams at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a crucial role in managing complex loan transactions in a fast-paced environment. This mid-level position requires you to support various market segments, including Commercial Professional Coverage, Wealth Management, Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries, Real Estate Banking, and Dealer Commercial Services. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a variety of monetary and non-monetary transactions on the relevant commercial loan system, ensuring that all processes are executed with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for escalated research and processing maintenance transactions for both monetary and non-monetary transactions. A deep understanding of collections, reconciling discrepancies, monitoring interest, fee, and principal past dues, as well as managing various maintenance requests, is essential to ensure system integrity.
