Job Description: This job is responsible for managing teams of associates, supporting the servicing of vehicle collateral. Key responsibilities include supervising the execution of transactions and responses to customer, investor, or third party related inquires. Job expectations include understanding governing rules and regulations and the broader implication of processes across the department and other divisions in the firm.

  • Supervises the execution of transactions and responses to customer, investor, or third party related inquires
  • Reviews closed loans for adherence to established loan guidelines
  • Monitors workflow and operational efficiency to recommend changes and operational improvements
  • Reviews In-House Legal or Outside Counsel opinions and prepares summaries to senior or executive management for analysis and decision
  • Provides status reporting to senior management
  • Handles loan underwriting, compliance, forensic underwriting, loan repurchases, and quality control audits
