About The Position
The position involves assigning and reviewing loan boarding and servicing requests, as well as approving loan boarding and funding. The role requires processing SBA serviced participation and un-guaranteed sold loans, including booking and payment processing. Additionally, the candidate will handle construction and multi-advance loan disbursements, complicated loan servicing requests, and review and approve simpler requests. Responsibilities also include processing SBA servicing tasks such as 1502 reports, repurchases, part note bookings, and notifications of payoff. The candidate will review UCC continuations, director reports, and business analytics reports, while also managing daily non-post accounts and general ledger research. The role requires solving moderately complex operational issues and acting as a senior liaison for problem recognition and resolution. Training and assisting the manager with departmental projects are also key components of the job.
