The Loan Servicing Manager oversees the staffing and overall performance of the Loan Servicing department in relationship to quality control, loan administration, and loan data reporting. This position is responsible for reviews of data entered into the core system and reports prepared for internal departments and external agencies. In addition, this position works with Consumer Collections, Special Assets, and Secondary Market for specialized maintenance and/or reporting on delinquent loans. The Loan Servicing Manager is an expert on the loan data/regulations for existing loans and is the main contact for questions from the Loan Servicing and other departments. This position will review processes and procedures within the Loan Servicing department to identify ways to increase productivity and accuracy. They will work in conjunction with the Loan Escrow Manager to implement changes.
