About The Position

This position's primary duties are to scan and index all loan documents, post-closing review, exception tracking, and file collateral documents. Essential Functions: Ensure that loan documents are scanned and indexed in accordance with bank guidelines, and ensure that all documents are properly executed Reviews TE's (technical exceptions) upon scanning of documentation, researches and clears when applicable Perform limited post-closing review for necessary documents Maintains original bank defined documents File Lien Entries, UCC and EFS financing statements Works existing UCC and EFS TE's and other TE's as assigned Has the ability to handle moderately complex issues/problems; refers more complex issues to senior staff May assist with training other employees in the department Ability to communicate well with various levels Provides support for other functions or roles Additional Functions: Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Working knowledge experience with computer systems; Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
  • Frequent lifting (up to 25 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
  • Normal office environment
