About The Position

This position is responsible for preparing documents for new and renewed loans for consumer, commercial, and real estate loan officers.

Requirements

• High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.
• 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Must provide excellent customer service consistent with Farmers Advantage Customer Service standards to all external and internal customers.
• Must maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information at all times.
• Represents the bank at community events and in civic organizations.
• Must consistently meet all department service and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer working knowledge of loan processing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares necessary loan documents for all secured and unsecured consumer, commercial, and real estate loans.
• Uploads loans daily to the mainframe computer system.
