Small Business Lending, LLC. is looking to add a Loan Processor, to its team.
The Loan Processor is responsible for administration of loan submissions from intake and pre-qualification through closing, in compliance with business, legal and regulatory requirements; reviews applicant documentation to determine sufficiency for underwriting; orders and reviews required reports for applicant business and related entities/individuals; uploads reports as obtained for review by underwriter.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Operational proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration of loan submissions from intake and pre-qualification through closing
• Reviews applicant documentation to determine sufficiency for underwriting
• Orders and reviews required reports for applicant business and related entities/individuals
• Uploads reports as obtained for review by underwriter
• ETRAN Origination and Servicing input
• Manages Verification of Criminal History and Citizenship for applicants
• Other duties as assigned
