About The Position
As a Loan Processor for NVR Mortgage, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the home buying process for our customers. This position is designed for bright, energetic individuals who are customer-focused and dedicated to the success of their team. You will work directly with homebuying customers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes, impacting their lives positively while working in an environment that promotes respect, empowerment, and professional development. Your expertise in customer service and financial processes will be essential in helping families purchase high-quality homes in their communities. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department, ensuring a helpful and friendly home buying experience. You will maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the entire loan process, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple loan files, collecting and recording customer information, and ensuring the timely processing of mortgages. You will set up loan files, order necessary exhibits such as Verification of Employment (VOE), Verification of Deposit (VOD), and credit reports, and follow up on submitted and pending loans. Additionally, you will coordinate closing paperwork and ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan files before passing them to the closing department.
