About The Position

The Loan Processor II, Indirect Lending position involves the day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities. The role supports the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities, and fulfillment of stakeholder inquiries/requests within relevant service level agreements. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to promote efficient processes and workflows, establish positive working relationships, and achieve business results while delivering an excellent customer and employee experience. The lending operations encompass specialized processes for mortgages, consumer lending products, leasing, and commercial lending products. The role also supports change management, organizes work information for accuracy, executes routine tasks, performs administrative tasks, and provides timely processing of service requests and transactions. Additionally, the position involves data entry, documentation management, communication with stakeholders, and the development of tools and training focused on business results.

Requirements

  • Typically between 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology.
  • Good understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes, and controls.
  • Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements of the business.
  • Good prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Good collaboration and team skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of payments, transactions, service requests, and administrative activities.

  • Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute routine tasks such as service requests and transactions within service level agreements.
  • Perform administrative tasks including documentation management.
  • Provide accurate and timely processing of service requests and transactions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support development and implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Analyze issues and determine next steps; escalate as required.
