About The Position
United Bank is seeking a Loan Closer I to join our team. This position is responsible for reviewing signed loan packages and note modification packages for completeness and accuracy. The Loan Closer I will process all loan tickets associated with new loans and note modifications, index all loans on the document imaging system, and track collateral loan documents. The role requires maintaining thorough communication with loan processing staff and serving as a backup for them when necessary. The Loan Closer I will also produce loan documentation according to Bank guidelines and Federal/State regulations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
