Requirements

3+ years’ experience in financial services
Office or teller experience; commercial or consumer loan operations and loan documentation experience a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
General computer skills

Responsibilities

Processes loan payments, payoffs, advances, wires and maintenance.
Monitors and processes loan requests and inquiries submitted in the Loan Operations mailbox such as loan payments, advances, maintenance and research including reconciling items from the loan control account and the review of Teller Reports for backdating process.
Ensures that all transactions between the loan system and general ledger are balanced.
Research and resolve general ledger differences.
Provides customer service to external and internal customers.
