About The Position
Gesa Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Processing Manager/Team Leader to lead our consumer lending processing teams. This individual will oversee the processing of a variety of loan products-including auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and RV loans-ensuring operational excellence and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate, coach, and inspire team members toward high performance and continuous professional growth. In this role, the manager will establish and monitor key performance metrics to track individual and team success in meeting budgeted goals. A commitment to fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with internal departments, credit union vendors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Loan Processing Manager will work closely with the AVP of Virtual Member Fulfillment on strategic planning, budgeting, and shaping the long-term vision of the department, contributing to the overall success of the credit union.
