About The Position
The primary function of the Loan Processing Assistant is to assist the Senior Loan Processor with obtaining third party documentation for the loan file. This includes ordering appraisals, obtaining borrower credit card information, and following up on any order issues. The assistant will also be responsible for ordering tax transcripts, condo documentation, verbal and written verifications of employment, and updated hazard and flood insurance policies. Additionally, the assistant will ensure proper verification of credit card charges for any third-party orders and perform any additional duties assigned by management.
