The Church Building and Loan Fund (CBLF) is a $78M fund affiliated with the United Church of Christ that has been partnering with churches who own and want to own real estate for over 170 years. Recently, CBLF created Amistad Redevelopment Corporation (ARC), a wholly-owned subsidiary Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), to help attract additional funding and provide technical assistance to help churches repurpose excess property for mission-oriented real estate uses, including affordable housing, early childhood education, healthcare and community facilities. The general purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service internally and externally by assisting with loan servicing, accounts payable and receivable functions; assisting with audit workpaper preparation; and by assisting borrowers with submitting applications and due diligence for new loans. This position will work under the guidance of the UCC Controller and Senior Lending Officer.
