As an Associate in the Commercial Term Lending Closing team, you play a key role in preparing documents and funding complex Multifamily and Commercial transactions. You ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution, directly impacting our clients and the firm's reputation. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending or related area
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
