About The Position
The Loan Operations Specialist I is responsible for completing a variety of detail-oriented and auditable daily activities while supporting the Bank's mission statement in a close, team-based environment. The position requires performing basic customer transactions, inquiries, and navigation of various systems utilized by the bank, including Cleartouch, Nautilus, Encompass, DocuSign, and CRM. The specialist must provide exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
