About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to review non-real estate loan documentation for proper completion and set up on the loan system, as well as to verify compliance with applicable regulations. This role involves ensuring that all loan documents are accurately processed and meet the necessary legal standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Close attention to details and good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environment as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and process changes

Nice To Haves

• Loan documentation and processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Review non-real estate loan documentation for proper completion and signatures
• Review loan documents to system for proper set up
• Verify loan documents are completed in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
• Communicate with branch personnel about loan related questions and issues regarding loan platform system, policy and procedures, regulations and any other general loan questions
• Ensure accuracy of renewals, modifications, and other maintenance transactions related to loans
