SUMMARY The Loan Operations Processor supports all lines of business by booking and servicing new and existing loans. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Account Servicing Processor possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure. We are seeking dedicated, disciplined individuals who excel in a team environment, who take ownership and who are enthusiastic about a job well done.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 or more years' professional work experience preferred.
To handle multiple tasks and prioritize
To work with little supervision but know when to ask for help
To maintain a positive working relationship with internal business partners and teammates
To take a systematic approach to organizing work
Impeccable customer service and customer centric focus
Problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong keyboarding / data entry ability
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Previous loan servicing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Setting up loan and line of credit accounts on the Bank’s servicing systems. Products include consumer loans and lines of credit.
Performing various types of maintenance on accounts accurately and within specified timelines.
