Requirements

• Around 5 years in banking loan operations including process-improvement experience.
• Proven experience in project management and system/process overhauls.
• Experience working with loan servicing systems.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field

• Master’s or process-improvement certifications

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and optimize loan servicing processes to make them faster, cleaner, and easier for everyone.
• Lead improvement projects including automation, system updates, new tools, and make sure changes stick.
• Partner with Lending, Compliance, IT, and Loan Ops to keep processes aligned, transparent, and consistent.
• Document workflows so our teams are always audit-ready and in the know.
• Create training materials, run workshops, and support teams through new processes and system rollouts.
• Champion a culture of innovation by piloting tech, gathering feedback, and keeping up with industry best practices.
• Track KPIs, spot trends, and drive data-backed improvements.
• Regularly review workflows for compliance, accuracy, and reliability.
