We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead our Loan Operations department. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence in the banking industry. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Loan Operations Team Leads and their respective teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Lead strategic planning and goal setting for the department; standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of loan systems such as LaserPro, LoansPQ, and Navigator; ensure proper training and consistent usage.
• Monitor and report on department performance metrics and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures related to loan operations.
