About The Position
First National Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Operations Manager to join our team in Altavista, VA. If you have a deep understanding of loan operations and are passionate about driving success by combining your hands-on experience with your leadership skills to promote a collaborative work environment, we want to hear from you! The Loan Operations Manager plays a key role in optimizing team performance by ensuring the efficient processing and servicing of loans while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the overall loan operations, including managing the consumer, commercial, dealer and mortgage loan operations staff. As a critical member of leadership, they will provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities, ensuring the department delivers effective, accurate and courteous service to both internal and external customers while achieving the Bank’s goals and objectives.
