Loan Operations Manager
About The Position
University Credit Union is seeking a positive, people oriented Loan Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for servicing our existing consumer loan portfolio. This role oversees staff who support member needs related to open personal loans, credit cards, auto loans, and title filing and releasing. As Loan Operations Manager, you will coach and support your team, ensure day to day servicing work is accurate and timely, and partner closely with lending teams to reduce friction and keep processes efficient. You will play a key role in maintaining clear workflows, meeting service expectations, and creating a supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
