The primary function of the Loan Operations Assistant is to support the daily operations of the Lending Department including maintaining loan files, answering incoming phone calls, and processing incoming mail in a timely manner. The person in this role will be required to assist with various loan department tasks such as paid loan processing, ordering various searches, flood insurance reviews, and real estate property tax monitoring. The Loan Operations Assistant must be a self-starter and demonstrate a 'can do' and 'how can I help' attitude.
