About The Position

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Servicing Analyst to support commercial lending operations, loan administration, and servicing activities. This individual will play a key role in processing high‑volume service requests, interpreting lending documentation, supporting title resolution, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and SLAs. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Servicing Analyst or in a similar lending/loan operations role.
Strong understanding of loan/lending documentation.
Experience with commercial lending products and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of regulatory and risk requirements.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working within Financial Services/Banking industry (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

Process high-volume service requests and transactions accurately and within SLAs.
Interpret and validate loan and commercial lending documentation.
Perform data entry, review, and verification of loan information.
Support title resolution and loan servicing activities.
Identify and resolve discrepancies following standard procedures.
Manage documentation and maintain proper recordkeeping.
Provide accurate, knowledgeable responses to stakeholder inquiries.
Complete administrative tasks including distributing, collecting, and filing documents.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate on new processes, system enhancements, and improvement initiatives.
Handle complex tasks and escalations as needed.
