About The Position
As a dedicated Loan Officer at USAA, you will deliver impactful customer service to members while providing mortgage product solutions that facilitate the member's financial security. You will facilitate mortgage product sales and member service through multiple channels including phone, email, mail, and digital platforms, providing individualized mortgage loan recommendations. Your role will involve managing established monthly metrics and deepening member relationships through needs assessment and solution offerings from USAA products and services. Staying highly engaged in the mortgage industry, including changes to Fannie and Freddie guidelines, is essential.
