This full-time, outside sales position is responsible for seeking and developing relationships for new business sources both internally and externally. The role involves meeting with and interviewing prospective customers, brokers, and New Home Consultants to collect and analyze financial information, advise on mortgage products, and help select appropriate loan programs within the Lennar Mortgage roadmap. The Loan Officer will obtain loan applications from customers and work with them to achieve loan approval, contributing to a career built on making dreams come true, building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.
