Requirements

Knowledge of ag operations and seasonal business cycles
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Solid problem-solving and financial decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Entrepreneurial drive and a customer-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Ag Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Lending or credit experience preferred, but not required — we provide training for the right candidate
3–5 years of ag/commercial lending or ag-related industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
