About The Position

Builder Finance Inc. (BFI) is the growing lender to home building companies and rental home investment companies across the country. Launched in 2014, BFI now has several coast-to-coast lending programs with additional programs planned. Clients chose BFI for great pricing, great terms, and an industry-leading customer experience. A successful candidate may or may not have prior real estate experience or prior lending experience. This job can be an opportunity to learn about residential real estate, lending on transitional property, and long-term lending on cash-flowing property.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in any field.
• Experience in real estate and/or lending is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive to details.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Excels at sales, originating new sales through inbound channels, tradeshows, and referrals.
• Provides best-in-class customer service, quickly addressing stated and unstated needs of clients.

• Originates loans that repay.
• Develops long-term client relationships.
• Builds the brand by giving everyone that interacts with BFI a positive impression.
