About The Position
Hudson River Community Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative whose mission is to improve the well-being of members and their families. We have an exciting opportunity in our Loan Center! As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will ensure a positive member journey by processing and servicing, whether by phone or online, consumer loans, Visa Credits Cards, accurately and timely in a collaborative environment. Collecting required documents and communicating with our members every step of the loan process. You will educate our members on new products and services that allow them to reach their financial goals. Our Loan Center Progression Model that is designed to provide you advancement in your role and an increase in your salary through on-the-job training and structured compensation increase.
