About The Position

Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Loan Officer Assistant at Revolution Mortgage, you will be an extension of the Loan Officer to increase sales opportunity and streamline the origination process. This role will help drive sales revenue for the originator by providing administrative, sales prospecting, and customer experience support and serving as a liaison between the customer, sales, and operations team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, software, policies, procedures, compliance, and operations
  • Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or the eligibility and ability to obtain a license after hire
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Provide general customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and meet clients face-to face on behalf of the Loan Officer
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities by making outbound calls, emails, and text messages to leads, referrals, or past clients
  • Organize client files by downloading, uploading, collecting, and reviewing documents for accuracy
  • Follow up with new, current, and past clients to increase brand experience and engagement
  • Collaborate with sales, processing, underwriting, and closing departments
  • Offer general sales support, administrative, and other duties as assigned
