Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) - Scottsdale

Griffin Funding, Inc.Scottsdale, AZ
Onsite

About The Position

Griffin Funding is a full-service mortgage lender licensed across the U.S. committed to making homeownership more accessible. They are a VA Approved Lender and FHA Non-Supervised Lender known for speed, service, and borrower-centric approach. The team values serious work, mutual support, and excellent borrower treatment. This role is a hybrid LOA/LO support position, not purely administrative or a full originator role. The successful candidate will work directly with a high-producing Loan Officer, focusing on the front end of the business: client acquisition, early-stage relationship management, and maintaining a full and active pipeline. Once a file enters processing, it transitions to a Mortgage Loan Partner, allowing the LOA to concentrate on new business acquisition and avoid back-end file management. This position is based in the Scottsdale office.

Requirements

  • 6–18 months of experience in mortgage (LOA, LO, or a combination).
  • Familiarity with lead intake, client pipeline management, and loan structuring.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in Scottsdale (this is an in-office role).
