Role and Position Overview Citi Wholesale Lending is executing a multi‑year modernization initiative to upgrade global platforms supporting Agency, Non‑Agency, and Bi‑lateral lending activities. A core component of this strategy is the migration to the LoanIQ platform and decommissioning of legacy systems. To support this transformation and ongoing business operations, Citi is seeking a Senior LoanIQ Product Expert, responsible for functional oversight, platform governance, and global SME leadership within the Production Support organization. This role reports to the Global Head of Lending (Loan) Services Production Support. The ideal candidate will possess deep LoanIQ product expertise, strong understanding of end‑to‑end lending workflows, and the ability to partner closely with Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to ensure accurate, stable, and compliant platform performance. The Apps Support Group Manager is accountable for the management of complex, critical, and large‑scale functional areas. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how multiple lending and technology disciplines interact to achieve business objectives. The senior manager applies deep functional knowledge of LoanIQ, strong commercial awareness, and strategic leadership to deliver a full range of production services across regions. The Senior Manager serves as the primary LoanIQ functional authority within the production environment and leads a global team of LoanIQ SMEs responsible for functional analysis, issue remediation, best‑practice adoption, and standardized platform usage. The role engages with senior regional leadership, global Operations teams, Technology owners, and Finastra.
