About The Position

The Consumer Banking Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting clients with their product applications, ensuring they provide the necessary documentation and complete the funding process. This position involves direct communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams to facilitate a smooth application experience.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or banking environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with loan application processes and documentation requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Terafina platform or similar banking software.
• Knowledge of compliance and legal guidelines in banking.

Responsibilities

• Execute the manual review process for new deposit accounts identified by the Terafina platform with urgency.
• Contact clients via outbound calls to follow up on applications and facilitate the supply of additional documentation.
• Field inbound calls from clients regarding their loan application process and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Loan Operations-Underwriting for timely resolution of documentation review and approval.
• Manage call distribution to supporting associates for follow-up on applications not funded.
• Maintain accurate client contact information for effective communication.
• Support additional client service requests as needed.
• Adhere to bank protocols to ensure call quality and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Complete other specified duties as assigned.
